Candice Marion joined the European Vaccine Initiative in November 2022 as Vaccine Development Manager. She holds a PhD in Neuroendocrinology from Paris Descartes University, France. Through her career, she worked in the field of new drug development as a project manager at Leads To Development where she provided regulatory support to biotech companies in Europe and USA, including the design of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) and nonclinical development plans, operational project management and writing of regulatory dossiers, among other activities.
Besides her passion for Science, Candice is particularly sensitive to socioeconomic inequalities, especially in access to education and health care. In her current position at EVI, she is dedicated to help develop innovative vaccines to address current and future major public health challenges.
