It consists of a vaccine against Plasmodium falciparum that targets multiple developmental stages, including: 1) a highly promising whole parasite vaccination approach targeting the liver, 2) RTS,S, and 3) mRNA blood stage vaccine candidates. These vaccine candidates will be evaluated in preclinical and small-scale human trials to discern the optimal combination for further clinical investigations.
